Min. SMK Electricity for Junior Field Operator Distribution Operations and Maintenance Field Technician Junior Distribution, with an average value of diplomas min. 6.5 for that has passed, and the semester grades for Maths and Physics 5 min. 6.5 (and if NOT PASS UAN in 2013 then declared FALL) for grade 12 students
Preferred domiciled in the region of South Kalimantan and Central Kalimantan PLN (evidenced by KTP / SIM / Domicile Certificate from the Village Office)
Min.155 cm tall with weight proportionate, not exceeding the standard obesity (BMI max. 28)
Physical and spiritual health appropriate medical examination / laboratory designated company
Pass the selection process: Administrative, Physical Tests, Academic test, psychological test, Medical Test, Interview and Training Prajabatan
Willing to follow the Pre-service Training for 1 year with Training Prajabatan status as a student. By passing Training Prajabatan, will be appointed as a permanent employee and must undergo a bond for 5 years since appointed as Employee

Not be able to smoke and not to smoke while in the work place
Not tattooed and pierced
Not tied to other institutions
Willing to be placed around the working area of South Kalimantan and Central Kalimantan PLN
