- Active in promoting HSE requirements for contractors and input into the tender documents.
- CSMS supports the implementation process, both within and outside the relationship.
- Ensure that contractors understand and comply with HSE regulations and procedures of the Company before starting a job.
- Coordinate all program blasting (on behalf of the Head of Mining Engineering ONWJ PHE), to support drilling activities in coordination with parties both inside and outside the Company.
- Coordinate all agreements with contractors working to support the safety and security of its activities with the processing, monitoring and closing contracts.
- Coordinate Security budget, including AFE, ranging from the preparation phase, monitor and report annually to support the security program.
- Coordinate all contractor invoices and BPMIGAS to ensure timely payment is made.
- Ensure that all licenses related to blasting activities are stored properly and is always ready when needed to coordinate with all parties concerned.
- Ensure the continuation of contracts in the Security Department, both financially and administration.
- Establish and maintain good relations with the users (other departments), management, government representatives (BPMIGAS, Police and Gas) and its contractors.

- Minimum S1 graduate with more than five years experience as a leader in the Security section. Preferably blasting handling certification.
