Associate Lawyer Jakarta
Responsibilities:
Key Function: Performing all tasks related to legal services.
Daily Tasks :

• To assist senior partners in performing task related to legal services.
• To make position case in legal service.
• To summarize the case. Arranging legal entity permit/license either foreign or local and includes other corporate.
• To have approach with government officials.
• To arrange IP practice (Local & International IP Audit, IP counterfeit (investigation)
• To apply good consultation ability and knowledge application in doing the task.
• To investigate position of fact and case to determine case causes.
• To contact witnesses to give witnes in trial process, etc.

Requirements:

• Male/Female
• Age not more than 30 years old
• Education background minimal S1 (Law)

Skills/qualifications: Have advocate license, Graduated from Leading university with PA Min 3.0, English active both written and oral, have experience in corporate case preferably, able to work independently and in team, loyal and have high honesty.
