SHE Superintendent - (Code: SS)
This is a senior staff position based in Batulicin Office, reporting to SHEC Manager. He/she is responsible for developing, implementing and monitoring SHE program for all sites to ensure that all employees and contractors comply with the company policy and standard on safety, health & environment and operate in safe condition, developing and implementing SHE best practice to improve the cost effectiveness of company, safety and environmental audit and SHE assurance process and performance to all sites.
General Requirements:
· Good analytical, negotiation and reporting skills.
· Strong interpersonal and leadership skills and excellent language skills either spoken and written of both Indonesian and English.
· Capable to work in minimum supervision, willing to work hard and under pressure, having high integrity, dedicated, and team work oriented.

Specific Requirements:
· Min. S-1 graduate in health science, engineering or any other relevant disciplines

· Excellent knowledge in Permitting, Safety regulations, SHE management and audit system, good skills in assessment, auditing, training in health, safety and environment, Knowledge of risk assessment methodology as it applies to the areas of healthy, safety, environment and general business.

PERSYARATAN UMUM :
1. Setiap warga negara yang bertaqwa kepada Tuhan Yang Maha Esa, berusia serendah-rendahnya 18 tahun dan setinggi-tingginya 35 tahun (pada tanggal 1 Januari 2009) dapat mengajukan lamaran untuk mengikuti ujian pengadaan CPNS Departemen Agama Tahun 2008. Dan bagi pelamar berusia lebih dari 35 tahun s.d. 40 tahun dapat pula mengajukan lamaran jika memiliki Wiyata Bakti sampai dengan 1 Januari 2009 minimal 11 tahun 9 bulan secara terus menerus dan tidak terputus-putus pada instansi pemerintah atau Yayasan yang berbadan hukum.
2. Mempunyai pendidikan, kecakapan, keahlian dan keterampilan yang diperlukan sesuai dengan formasi yang tersedia.
3. Berkelakuan baik.
4. Sehat jasmani dan rohani
5. Tidak pernah dihukum penjara atau kurungan berdasarkan putusan Pengadilan yang telah mempunyai kekuatan hukum tetap.
6. Tidak pernah diberhentikan dengan hormat tidak atas permintaan sendiri atau tidak dengan hormat sebagai PNS/ pegawai swasta.
7. Tidak berkedudukan sebagai CPNS/ PNS
8. Bersedia ditempatkan di seluruh wilayah Indonesia atau negara lain yang ditentukan oleh pemerintah
