- Minimum GPA 2.7 (scale 4) from minimum B accredited Department
- Maximum 26 years old (S1) and 24 years old (D3) by June 1, 2010
- Not married
- Not in official ties with other institutions
- Willing to be placed in PT. Krakatau Steel or it subsidiaries
