PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT COORDINATOR (CONTACT CENTER)

Responsibilities:
Achieve target in developing new product for our Contact Center service.
- Develop marketable existing product.
- Realize Contact Center product design & plan (data collection & analysis and/or system & application)
- Solving problem related to product development
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Able to make product strategies & concepts
- Knowledge about system & application development technology related to Contact Center service.
- Required skills: SQL, LAN, JAVA.
- Required languages: Bahasa Indonesia, English.
ACCOUNT MANAGER - CONTACT CENTER
(Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:
Acquiring new project or new costumer for our contact center service
- Maintaining and building relationships with existing clients
- Involving in project management activity
- Achieving sales targets
- Dealing with all aspects related to customer (proposal, business solution offering, project implementation monitoring)
- Attending client meetings
- Completing administrative work, as required.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology, Marketing or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
- Preferably Coordinator/Supervisors specializing in Sales - Engineering/Technical/IT or equivalent. Job role in Sales Executive/Account Manager or equivalent.
- 4 Full-Time and Contract position available.
