HR / Admin Assistant

Requirements:
  • Female, age below 30 years
  • Degree HRM or Business Admin


  • At least 3 years relevant working experience


  • Good command of English


  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office


  • Mature, proactive, meticulous, well organized & a team player


  • Pleasant and patient personality with excellent service- mindset


  • Good interpersonal skill
The Scope:
  • Support on HR Processes, Policies and Procedures
  • Maintain & update employees’ record


  • Coordination of training activities


  • Supporting all department for recruitment of staff


  • Conduct orientation program


  • General administrative duties


  • Any other duties as designated
