MANAGEMENT TRAINEE (MT)

Our Trainee Program is seen as an investment in recruiting and developing talent which will provide leadership in functions and locations that offer strategic opportunities.

We are offering a career path in one of our core distribution businesses - Direct Marketing. The Traineeship will progress to an Executive Level position at the end of the 2 year Traineeship.

The Successful candidate will be located in our Jakarta office and be expected to undertake some training in our office in Singapore.

Requirements:

• Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status

• Graduates from marketing/business degree programs (preferable overseas graduated)

• 1-2 years work experience preferably in a financial institution.

• An indication of quantitative abilities is necessary

• Demonstration of achievement in academic and individual Endeavour’s is essential, with leadership capabilities as evidenced by school and work activities requiring initiative and involvement
• A genuine desire to succeed within the corporate insurance industry is essential

• Good written and spoken English and Indonesian is essential
