New Job Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Explore, identify, and develop new business client. Establish, servicing, and maintaining good relationship with long term “partnership concept”, organizing sales team, determine and achieve sales target

Requirements:

• Male/Female
• Age maximum 30 years old
• Bachelor Degree (S1). From any disciplines are welcomed. Preferably from Food Technology or Chemical Engineering.
• Has 4-5 years of experience, demonstrating proven sound track record in Sales Management (must in managerial position) of similar industrial products.
• Possess a strong team management skills and strong leadership skills to lead a highly-driven team
• Able to work under pressure
• Have good communication skills, negotiation skills, customer orientation, entrepreneurship, decision making, planning & organizing, analytical skills and strategic thinker.
• English proficient (both, written & spoken)
• Computer literate (MS Office) & Good presentation skills.
